Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing treatment that helps to rebalance and heal the body at an energetic, spiritual, emotional and physical level.

Every session will feel slightly different, depending on where you are at in that moment and what you need that particular day. I will either use a very light touch or no touch at all and we can discuss this prior to your treatment.

In addition to a deep sense of relaxation, sometimes people experience subtle sensations like warmth, tingling, magnetic shifts, and sometimes people feel nothing at all. We will take time at the start of your session to discuss how you are feeling and how we can get the most out of the session.

If you are a particularly anxious person it can often take a while to relax into the session and we can chat about how to create the best conditions for you personally, everyone is different.

Reiki has an accumulative effect so regular sessions will see the most benefit to your overall wellbeing.

Sessions are carried out fully clothed, snuggled under blankets on my heated bed with soothing music and essential oil burning.

Full Body Reiki Treatment (60 mins) £55
A full body treatment from head to toe, using the universal reiki energy to heal, soothe and re-energise the whole physical, spiritual and emotional being. Each treatment always includes an initial chat to help me understand where you are at and what’s going on for you on that particular day and some time to relax and come around after the treatment. Your body will naturally absorb the reiki healing energy and take it to where it’s needed, leaving you feeling realigned, centered and grounded.

Reiki treatments are carried out on my comfortable, heated massage bed, snuggled under soft blankets, with incense burning, to really soothe your senses and create that Spa experience.

Upper Body Reiki Treatment (30 mins) £35
Focusing on the head and the upper body, this reiki treatment is a great booster treatment and a nice step into reiki if you haven’t tried it before.

Head and Shoulders Reiki Treatment (20 mins – add on only) £20

Designed as a relaxing add on to my massages and facials. This head and shoulders reiki session will add an even deeper sense of calm and relaxation to your treatment.
